Project Management

Individual projects are managed by a local committee which includes volunteers from AT LEAST TWO of the five member organisations.

The Local Committee:

• Seeks the support of local businesses, other non-governmental organisations, as well as local, regional and national governments.
  
• Assists with and monitors project work.
  
• Provides regular reports to the International Coordinator.
  
• Ensures that all funds are accurately accounted for and profits shared equitably.
